Hi, I'm Lauren!

Hi, I’m Lauren Farwell, a Manhattan native serving this amazing community and the surrounding areas. What I love most about real estate is building lasting relationships—many of my clients have become close friends. Buying or selling a home is a big step, and I work hard to make it as smooth, fun, and stress-free as possible.

I earned my Bachelor's in Elementary Education from K-State and my Master’s from Baker University. I taught kindergarten at Fort Riley for five years, where I gained a deep appreciation for military families. When I started my own family, I took a leap of faith and transitioned into real estate—and I’ve never looked back! Nine years later, I’m grateful every day to be doing what I truly love. After several client requests, I also launched a property management company to help others grow their investment portfolios—another part of my work that I really enjoy.

Outside of real estate, my biggest joy is my family — my husband Eric is a 6th grade teacher at Riley Elementary School, and we have three kids: Easton, Kendall, and Lucas. We live on a small farm with our animals, and we love being outdoors, camping, traveling, and cheering on K-State. I’d love the opportunity to help you with your next move!
