Lauren Farwell was born and raised in Manhattan, KS. She thoroughly enjoyed growing up in Manhattan and knows the area extremely well. Lauren attended Manhattan High School. During her time there she was on the gymnastics team, diving team, and track team. She also studied very hard and graduated with a 4.0.

After high school, Lauren attended Kansas State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She then pursued her Master’s in Education from Baker University.

Lauren taught kindergarten for five years in Fort Riley, KS. She loved the energy, learning, and laughter that occurred in her classroom. She was able to learn more about the military life and built strong relationships with her students and their families.

During Lauren’s time teaching, she married Eric Farwell. Eric teaches sixth grade at Riley County Grade School. He also coaches the high school boys’ basketball team. Eric and Lauren have two, sweet children, Easton (4 years), Kendall (3 years), and Lucas (8 weeks). They have a dog named Ace and a cat named Tigger.

Lauren decided to take a leap of faith and change careers from teaching to Real Estate. She has loved every minute since then and knows it was the perfect choice. She has helped many clients find their dream homes and sell their homes quickly. She works hard to build relationships with her clients while also doing all the behind the scenes work to make the process go smoothly. She wants to make the home buying or selling easy and fun.

When Lauren is not out selling Real Estate, she enjoys spending time with her children and husband. They spend lots of time outside playing and taking care of their chickens and cows. In the fall you can catch them at K-State Football games. Lauren also loves to spend time with family and friends.
